11. מרשם בעלי רישיונות
(א)הרשם ינהל מרשם של בעלי רישיונות שיכלול פרטים אלה:
(1)פרטי בעל הרישיון, סוג הרישיון שבידו ותקופת תוקפו;
(2)ביטול או התליה של רישיון.
(ב)המרשם יהיה פתוח לעיון הציבור בדרך של שאילתה שבה יצוינו פרטים מזהים של האדם שלגביו מתבקש המידע.
