49. ריבית שקלית ודמי פיגורים
לא שילם המפר עיצום כספי במועד, ייווספו עליו, לתקופת הפיגור, ריבית שקלית ודמי פיגורים, עד לתשלומו, ויחולו הוראות חוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה, בשינויים המחויבים; בפרק זה –
”דמי פיגורים“ ו”ריבית שקלית“ – כהגדרתם בחוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה;
”חוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה“ – חוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה, התשכ״א–1961.
