8. תקופת תוקפו של רישיון וחידושו
תוקפו של רישיון יהיה לחמש שנים או עד 31 במרץ של השנה החמישית מהשנה שבה ניתן הרישיון, לפי המוקדם (להלן – תקופת תוקף), וניתן לחדשו לתקופות תוקף נוספות בהתקיים התנאים לפי סעיף 6, למעט התנאי לפי סעיף קטן (א)(4) של אותו סעיף.
