Section 2 of תקנות יישום תכנית ההתנתקות (הבטחת תשלום קצבה המשתלמת מקופת רשות מקומית), התשס״ה–2005, תשלום הקצבה.
2. תשלום הקצבה
לזכאי לקצבה תשולם קצבה, כמפורט להלן:
(1)בתקופה הראשונה – בידי המפרק והמסדיר באמצעות גוף שאישרה המינהלה;
(2)בתקופה השניה – בידי המינהלה ואולם היא רשאית לשלם את הקצבה באמצעות גוף אחר;
(3)בתקופה השלישית – בידי הגוף שייקבע לפי סעיף 9(ב) לחוק.
