13. מנהל המרכז
(א)המועצה הציבורית, באישור השר, תמנה מנהל למרכז.
(ב)מנהל המרכז ימונה לתקופה של חמש שנים, והמועצה הציבורית רשאית לשוב ולמנותו, באישור השר, לתקופת כהונה אחת נוספת.
(ג)המועצה הציבורית, באישור השר ושר האוצר, תקבע את שכרו ותנאי העסקתו של מנהל המרכז.
