23. הקמת המוזאון ופעילותו
(א)במרכז יוקם מוזאון הנצחה שיכלול תערוכה ומוצגים בנושאים הנוגעים למטרות חוק זה.
(ב)המוזאון יהיה פתוח לציבור, יעודד ביקורים מהארץ ומהעולם, ויתקיימו בו פעולות חינוך והסברה הקשורות למטרות חוק זה.
