28. עובדי המרכז
(א)קבלתו של אדם לעבודה במרכז תיעשה בהתאם לעקרונות השוויון והייצוג ההולם, השקיפות, הפומביות וטוהר המידות, על פי נהלים שיקבע המרכז ולפי כל דין.
(ב)דין עובדי המרכז כדין עובדי המדינה לעניין החיקוקים המנויים בסעיף 29.
