1. מטרת החוק
מטרת חוק זה להיאבק בהכחשת אירועי הטבח שאירעו במסגרת מתקפת הטרור הרצחנית שביצעו ארגון הטרור חמאס ושותפיו באופן מאורגן ומכוון באזרחי ישראל ובתושביה בכ״ב ובכ״ג בתשרי התשפ״ד (7 ו־8 באוקטובר 2023), מעשים המהווים פשעים כלפי העם היהודי ופשעים כלפי האנושות.
