32. הכרה במעבדה כמעבדה מוכרת לבדיקת מזון שהוא משקה משכר
מנהל שירות המזון רשאי להכיר במעבדה מאושרת כמשמעותה בסעיף 12(א)(1) לחוק התקנים, התשי״ג–1953, כמעבדה מוסמכת לבדיקת משקה משכר ועמידתו בחקיקת המזון, וייתן לה תעודת הכרה בנוסח שבתוספת השלישית, ורשאי הוא לקבוע בתעודת ההכרה תנאים לפעולתה.
