10. ניהול המערכת הטכנולוגית ותכנונה
המערכת הטכנולוגית שתשמש את בעל הזיכיון בהפעלת סמכויותיו לפי סעיף 2ג לחוק, תתוכנן באופן שימנע, ככל האפשר ובשים לב לחלופות טכנולוגיות מקובלות, את הסיכון לפגיעה בפרטיות הנוסעים ברכב המצולם או עוברי דרך אחרים, ואת הסיכון לפגיעה באבטחת מידע; המערכת תעוצב ותעודכן בהיבטים אלה בהתייעצות עם ראש הרשות.
