1. יום לציון עליית יהודי תימן לישראל ולהנצחת זכרם של הנספים בדרך לישראל
(א)מדי שנה, ביום ט״ו בכסלו, יקוים יום לציון עליית יהודי תימן לישראל ולהנצחת זכרם של הנספים בדרך לישראל (בחוק זה – יום לציון עליית יהודי תימן).
(ב)חל ט״ו בכסלו ביום חג, מנוחה או שבתון, או ביום זיכרון או יום ציון ממלכתי, או ביום שלפני אחד הימים כאמור, יצוין יום לציון עליית יהודי תימן ביום ראשון בשבוע שלאחר מכן.
