Section 4 of צו היבוא והיצוא (פיקוח על ייצוא טובין לרפובליקה העממית הדמוקרטית של קוריאה), התשע״ו–2015, מועדי מתן רישיון ייצוא.
4. מועדי מתן רישיון ייצוא
(א)רישיון ייצוא לפי צו זה או החלטה לסרב לתתו, יינתנו למבקש על ידי הרשות המוסמכת בתוך 14 ימי עבודה מיום קבלת הבקשה; החלטת סירוב תהיה מנומקת.
(ב)מניין הימים האמור בסעיף קטן (א) יחל ביום קבלת כל המסמכים הדרושים לקבלת רישיון הייצוא.
(ג)בקשה לקבלת רישיון ייצוא מאת הרשות המוסמכת יש להגיש על גבי הטופס המפורסם בתוספת השנייה.
