1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”צפון קוריאה“ – הרפובליקה העממית הדמוקרטית של קוריאה;
”הרשות המוסמכת“ – מנהל מינהל סביבה ופיתוח בר־קיימא במשרד הכלכלה, סגנו או מי שהשר מינהו להנפיק רישיון ייבוא;
”צו תעריף המכס“ – צו תעריף המכס והפטורים ומס קנייה על טובין, התשע״ז–2017;
”רישיון ייבוא“ – רישיון שנתנה רשות מוסמכת לייבוא טובין.
