13. סייג למינוי חבר הוועדה
לא ימונה לחבר הוועדה מי שהורשע בעבירת משמעת או בעבירה פלילית אשר מפאת מהותה, חומרתה או נסיבותיה אין הוא ראוי לכהן כחבר הוועדה, או שהוטל עליו קנס מינהלי בשל עבירה כאמור, או שהוגשו נגדו כתב אישום או קובלנה בעבירה כאמור וטרם ניתן פסק דין סופי בעניינו.
