20. סודיות
חבר ועדת ההיתרים ישמור בסוד ולא יעביר לאחר כל מידע או מסמך שהגיע אליו תוך כדי מילוי תפקידו או במהלך עבודתו, אלא במידה הנדרשת לביצוע הוראות חוק זה, לגורם המוסמך על פי דין לקבל את המידע או על פי צו בית משפט.
