23. בקשה למתן היתר
(א)מבקש היתר יגיש לוועדת ההיתרים בקשה להיתר, בצירוף אישור על תשלום אגרת בקשה לפי סעיף 51(ב)(12), אם נקבעה, ויציין בבקשה אם הוא מבקש היתר לתקופה קצרה משלוש שנים.
(ב)יושב ראש הוועדה רשאי לדרוש ממבקש היתר למסור לו מסמך או ידיעה נוספים הנדרשים לוועדה לבחינת הבקשה.
