27. תוקפו של היתר
תוקפו של היתר יהיה לשלוש שנים, אלא אם כן מתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)המבקש ביקש היתר לתקופה קצרה יותר;
(2)ההיתר ניתן לנקודת הצבה חדשה או לנקודת הצבה שהתפנתה, שלא בהליך למתן היתרים המתקיים אחת לשלוש שנים;
(3)הוועדה החליטה, מנימוקים שתפרט בהחלטתה, כי מוצדק לקבוע תקופת תוקף קצרה יותר להיתר.
