33. סייגים לכהונה של חבר במועצת המנהלים של המועצה
אלה אינם כשירים לכהן כחברי מועצת המנהלים של המועצה להאבקה ודבש שלא מטעם המדינה:
(1)שר, סגן שר וחבר כנסת;
(2)מי שענייניו האישיים או עיסוקיו האחרים, למעט עניינים הנובעים מתפקידו בגוף שמינה אותו ולמעט עיסוקיו במגזר שאליו הוא משתייך, עלולים לגרום לו להימצא במצב של ניגוד עניינים תדיר בין תפקידו כחבר במועצת המנהלים ובין ענייניו האישיים או עיסוקיו האחרים כאמור.
