35. ניגוד עניינים של חבר האסיפה הכללית או חבר מועצת המנהלים
על אף האמור בסעיף 254(א)(1) לחוק החברות, חבר באסיפה הכללית או במועצת המנהלים של המועצה להאבקה ודבש רשאי להביא בחשבון גם את עניינו של הגוף או הציבור שהוא נציגו, ככל שהם קשורים לתפקידי המועצה, ולא יראו אותו כנמצא במצב של ניגוד עניינים בשל כך בלבד.
