44. דין נכסים בפירוק
לאחר שנפרעו חובות המועצה להאבקה ודבש לנושיה במלואם, יעברו נכסי המועצה העומדים לחלוקה בפירוק למי שיורה בית המשפט, לאחר שקיבל את המלצת השר לעניין זה, כדי שישמשו לטובת ענף הדבש; ואולם הודיעה הממשלה כאמור בסעיף 43(ד), יועברו נכסי המועצה, על פי הוראות בית המשפט, לחברה כאמור באותו סעיף.
