56. תחילה ותקנות ראשונות
(א)תחילתו של חוק זה שנה מיום פרסומו (להלן – יום התחילה), אולם השר, באישור ועדת הכלכלה, רשאי, בצו, לדחות את יום התחילה בתקופות נוספות שלא יעלו במצטבר על שנה.
מועד התחילה של החוק נדחה ליום 1.7.2026 (ק״ת תשפ״ו, 1146).
(ב)תקנות ראשונות לפי סעיף 39 יובאו לאישור ועדת הכלכלה בתוך שנתיים מיום התחילה.
