8. פיצויים בעד נזק
(א)נגרם נזק ישיר למקרקעין שלגביהם ניתן היתר, כתוצאה מביצוע פעולות לפי ההיתר בידי בעל ההיתר או מי מטעמו, יתקן בעל ההיתר על חשבונו את הנזק או ישלם לפי דרישת הניזוק פיצויים בשל הנזק שנגרם, והכול בהקדם האפשרי.
(ב)אין בהוראות סעיף זה כדי לגרוע מזכויותיו של הניזוק לפי כל דין.
