15. הארכת תוקף אישור לשינוי שימוש
(א)נקצבה באישור תקופת תוקפו של האישור, רשות הרישוי שנתנה את האישור רשאית לחדשו או להאריכו לבקשת בעל האישור; המהנדס רשאי להורות בדבר הפרטים שיש לכלול בבקשה כאמור והמסמכים שיש לצרף לה, בכפוף לאמור בתקנות אלה.
(ב)לא יוארך תוקפו של אישור אם קיימת מניעה לפי תקנות אלה למתן האישור במועד חידושו או הארכתו.
