4. עמדת גורם מאשר
(א)עורך הבקשה יגיש לגורם המאשר את מסמכי הבקשה כאמור בתקנה 3(א), למעט האמור בפסקאות (1), (7), (13) עד (16) ו־(18).
(ב)הגורם המאשר ישיב לבקשה בתוך 15 ימים מיום שהוגשו לו כל המסמכים כאמור בתקנת משנה (א).
(ג)לא ניתנה תשובת הגורם המאשר בתוך המועד האמור בתקנת משנה (ב), תראה אותו רשות הרישוי כמי שאינו מתנגד לבקשה.
(ד)הגשת מסמכי הבקשה לגורם המאשר ותשובת הגורם המאשר יתבצעו באופן מקוון, כפי שיפורסם באתר האינטרנט של הגורם המאשר.
