6. הערות בעל זכות במקרקעין
בעל זכות במקרקעין שקיבל הודעה על הגשת בקשה לשינוי שימוש לפי תקנה 5(ב), רשאי להגיש לרשות הרישוי הערות בכתב לבקשה לשינוי שימוש בתוך 15 ימים מיום קבלת הבקשה לשינוי שימוש; המהנדס ישלח העתק מההערות שהתקבלו למבקש ולעורך הבקשה.
