3. דרכי קיום
יום לציון מכתב 18 המשפחות יצוין, בין השאר –
(1)בדיון מיוחד בכנסת, במועד האמור בסעיף 2 או במועד סמוך לו; חל המועד האמור בסעיף 2 במהלך פגרת הכנסת, רשאי יושב ראש הכנסת לקבוע מועד אחר לציון יום זה בכנסת;
(2)בטקס מרכזי שתקיים הממשלה, ככל שתחליט על כך;
(3)בפעילות חינוכית־ערכית שתתקיים במוסדות החינוך, ככל שיחליט על כך שר החינוך.
