1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מדור התשלומים“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 1ט לחוק;
”מעביד“ – לרבות נותן שירותי סיעוד כמשמעו בסעיף 232 לחוק הביטוח הלאומי [נוסח משולב], התשנ״ה–1995 (להלן – חוק הביטוח);
”עובד בסיעוד“ – עובד זר המועסק בסיעוד על ידי יחיד, למעט עובד המועסק במתן שירותי סיעוד כהגדרתם בסעיף 223 לחוק הביטוח;
”קרוב משפחה“ – בן זוג או בן משפחה מדרגה ראשונה ובלבד שמלאו לו שמונה עשרה שנים.
