4. עונשו של שיך אשר לא ימלא אחרי ההגבלות
תיקון: תש״ח, תש״ח־2
כל שיך שנמסר להשגחת המשטרה ואינו ממלא אחרי הגבלה מן ההגבלות שהוטלו עליו ע״י הממונה על המחוז [במקור: מושל המחוז] עפ״י סעיף 3 של פקודה זו, יהא צפוי בצאתו חייב בדין למאסר לא יותר מששה חדשים או לקנס בסכום שלא יעלה על חמשים לירות או לשני הענשים כאחד.
