תיקון: תש״ח־2
אניה שפקודה זו חלה עליה, ואינה ממלאה אחרי הוראות פקודה זו, יאשם רב־חובלה או בעליה בעברה, ויהא צפוי למאסר שלשה חדשים או לקנס של חמשים לירות או לשני העונשים כאחד, ועל עברה שניה או על עברה שלאחריה – למאסר ששה חדשים או לקנס של מאה לירות או לשני העונשים כאחד.
