4. ניהול רכוש שניתן עליו צו חילוט על ידי האפוטרופוס הכללי
האפוטרופוס הכללי –
(1)יכנס רכוש שחולט לפי סעיפים 5 עד 8 או 14 לחוק, וינהלו באופן העשוי להועיל למימושו;
(2)רשאי לממש רכוש שניהולו הופקד בידיו, ולהעביר תמורתו לאוצר המדינה; אלא אם כן הוגשה בקשה לעיכוב ביצוע צו החילוט והמבקש המציא כדין למשרד הראשי של האפוטרופוס הכללי החלטה של בית המשפט המורה על עיכוב ביצוע צו החילוט שניתן לפי סעיפים 5 עד 8 או 14 לחוק.
