3. פטור מחובת הודעה על העברת עתיקה
העברת עתיקה בנסיבות שלהלן פטורה מחובת משלוח הודעה כאמור בתקנה 2:
(1)העברת עתיקה במתנה בידי בעל העתיקה לקרוב משפחה;
(2)השאלת עתיקה ממוזאון למוזאון, ממוזאון לאספן ומאספן למוזאון לתקופה שאינה עולה על שישה חודשים.
