הועדה תקבע בעצמה את סדרי הדין והנוהל בפניה במידה שלא נקבעו בתקנות אלה; אין בתקנות אלה כדי לגרוע מסמכותה לגבות כל ראיה ולדרוש המצאת כל דבר נוסף שתמצא לנכון בנסיבות הענין.
