1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”דרישה“ – דרישה לפיצויים לפי סעיף 7(ב) לחוק;
”הודעה“ – הודעת המנהל לפי סעיף 6(ב) לחוק;
”המנהל“ – מנהל האגף לרבות מי שהוא הסמיכו לענין תקנות אלה בהודעה שפורסמה ברשומות.
