1. הסכמה לחיפוש ולהשוואה
הסכמתו של אדם שאינו חשוד לעריכת חיפוש בגופו לפי סעיף 14 לחוק, וכן הסכמתו לעריכת השוואה של נתוני זיהוי לפי סעיף 14א(א) לחוק, יינתנו על גבי הטופס שבתוספת.
