הוראות הסעיפים הקטנים (1), (2) ו־(3) של סעיף 51 מפקודת הפטנטים וסימני אמצאה, 1924, תחולנה על המדינות המפורטות בתוספת הראשונה הרצופה לצו זה והוראות הסעיף־קטן (4) בסעיף 51 של הפקודה הנ״ל תחולנה על האניות, האוירונים והמרכבות של המדינות המפורטות בתוספת השניה הרצופה לצו זה.
