11. מינוי מפקחים
המנהל רשאי למנות מפקחים על מקרקעי המדינה ולהעביר לכל אחד מהם כל סמכות מסמכויותיו, אם דרך כלל ואם לאזור מסויים או לסוג נכסים מסויים.
