7. הקניית זכויות באזור שמירה צמודה לשם תכנון בית רועה והגשת תוכנית למוקד מרעה
(א)הוכרז שטח כאזור שמירה צמודה, תקנה רשות מקרקעי ישראל לגוף ציבורי המנהל את השטח זכויות לשם תכנון בית הרועה ומבנים חקלאיים; בהרשאת התכנון לעניין אזור שמירה צמודה מסוים ייקבע כי לא יוקם לגביו יותר ממוקד מרעה אחד.
(ב)גוף ציבורי כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) יגיש תוכנית למוקד מרעה בתוך 18 חודשים ממועד מתן הרשאת התכנון כאמור באותו סעיף קטן.
