2. שימוש בעדפים
קרן חופשה רשאית לאחר שיאושר המאזן וחשבון ההכנסות וההוצאות על פי תקנה 13 לתקנות חופשה שנתית (קרנות חופשה), תשי״א–1951, להשתמש בעדפים לשם הבראה, נופש או לשם מתן הקצבות לחברי הקרן להבראה ונופש, על פי החלטת הנהלת הקרן ובאישור רושם קרנות החופשה.
