1. תשלום תמורת חופשה למדור התשלומים
תמורת החופשה של עובד ששכרו משתלם באמצעות מדור התשלומים שעל יד שירות התעסוקה, תשולם על ידי מעבידו למדור התשלומים האמור, אלא אם הורה שר העבודה בכתב למדור התשלומים שתמורת החופשה של עובד או של סוג של עובדים תשולם לקרן חופשה.
