15. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השרים ממונים על ביצוע חוק זה, והם רשאים להתקין תקנות בכל עניין הנוגע לביצועו.
(ב)השרים יקבעו הוראות בדבר חובת דיווח של מוסדות פסיכיאטריים למשרד הבריאות ולמשרד האוצר, בעניינים אלה:
(1)עלויות מתן שירותי הבריאות, תקציב המוסדות וביצועו בפועל ובכלל זה מקורות הכנסתם;
(2)העברת הכספים בעבור שירותים פסיכיאטריים בבתי חולים מאוחדים ובבתי חולים כלליים שבהם שירותי אשפוז פסיכיאטרי.
