הוראות בהסכם לעניין התחשבנות בעד שירותי אשפוז פסיכיאטרי, שירותי מיון פסיכיאטרי או שירותים פסיכיאטריים אמבולטוריים המסופקים בידי מוסד פסיכיאטרי או רשת בתי חולים לקופת חולים לפני יום תחילתו של חוק זה – בטלות.
