16. ביצוע ותקנות
שר האוצר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה, והוא רשאי, באישור ועדת העבודה והרווחה של הכנסת, להתקין תקנות לביצועו; בתקנות כאמור רשאי שר האוצר, בהתייעצות עם שר העבודה, לקבוע הוראות לעניין אופן הפחתת דמי ההבראה לפי סעיף 3 לגבי עובד שדמי ההבראה משולמים לו שלא כרכיב נפרד.
