22. שמירת דינים וסמכויות
(א)הוראות חוק זה באות להוסיף על הוראות כל דין.
(ב)אין בסמכויות הנתונות למינהלת תקומה לפי חוק זה כדי לגרוע מסמכויות הנתונות לאחר לפי כל דין.
