1. הודעה על התחלת הבניה
בעל קרקע יודיע למנהל על התחלת בניה ומועדה בטופס שקבע המנהל ויצרף אליו העתק רשיון הבניה, לא יאוחר מתום שלושים ימים מיום התחלת הבניה, או מיום פרסום תקנות אלה, לפי המאוחר.
