13. מענה חינוכי וטיפולי לתלמיד בבית חולים
(א)תלמיד מאושפז יקבל מענה חינוכי וטיפולי, לפי העניין, במסגרת החינוכית בבית החולים.
(ב)מענה חינוכי וטיפולי יינתן לפי הערכת צרכים ראשונית שיקיים הצוות החינוכי והטיפולי של המסגרת החינוכית בבית החולים, ובכפוף למתן הסכמת הורים על גבי טופס הערוך לפי הנוסח שבתוספת השלישית.
