2. עקרונות למתן חינוך לתלמיד חולה או לתלמיד מאושפז
(א)חינוך לתלמיד חולה בביתו או לתלמיד מאושפז יינתן לפי הוראות תקנות אלה, וככל הניתן בשיתוף התלמיד והוריו.
(ב)מנהל מוסד חינוך או מי שהוא הסמיך לצורך כך יהיה הגורם המלווה במוסד החינוך לעניין מתן חינוך לתלמידים חולים או לתלמידים מאושפזים הרשומים באותו מוסד, לפי תקנות אלה.
