9. קביעת שיעור הסכום לחלוקה
שיעור הסכום לחלוקה לגבי כל קופת חולים ייקבע בידי המוסד בהסתמך על ההצהרות האמורות בתקנה 8, לאחר בדיקת נכונות הפרטים שבהם, ועל מקורות מידע אחרים, לפי קביעת המוסד, המצויים ברשותו.
