המוסד יעביר לקופות החולים את הסכום הכולל של התקבולים במועדים הקבועים בתקנות 3 עד 8 ואת דמי ביטוח בריאות מגימלאות במועדים הקבועים בתקנה 8 ולמשרד הבריאות את ההקצאה מדמי ביטוח סיעוד לפי תקנה 10.
