Section 2 of תקנות ביטוח בריאות ממלכתי (העברת סכום כספי למד״א), התשנ״ט–1999, מועד העברת הסכום הכספי.
2. מועד העברת הסכום הכספי
(א)ב־15 בכל חודש ינכה המוסד מהסכומים שגבה כדמי ביטוח בריאות, את הסכום הכספי ויעבירו למד״א.
(ב)חל המועד האמור בתקנת משנה (א), ביום שאיננו יום עסקים, תבוצע ההעברה ביום העסקים הראשון שלאחריו.
