2. קביעות מחלות קשות ועלותן
תיקון: תשנ״ו, תשנ״ח, תשנ״ט, תשס״ה, תשס״ז, תש״ע
(א)המחלות הקשות לענין סעיף 19(א) לחוק ועלותן השנתית למבוטח הלוקה באחת מהן, הן כמפורט להלן:
(כל הסכומים מעודכנים ליולי 2010):

| (5) AIDS או נשאות HIV של מבוטחים המטופלים באמצעות מעכבי פרוטיזה (PROTEASE) | 77,328 |
(ב)סכומי העלות השנתית שבתקנת משנה (א) יתעדכנו, ב־1 ביולי של כל שנה, בשיעור השינוי השנתי הממוצע של מדד יוקר הבריאות בשנה שקדמה לה, לעומת שיעור השינוי השנתי הממוצע של מדד יוקר הבריאות בשנה הקודמת.
